Certain printer manufacturers should take a look at their product ratings and commentary on places like Amazon.com. From the perspective of a software guy, it’s really sad when a product’s ratings would spike upwards if the manufacturer accidentally put blank CDs in the boxes with their printers.
“Word of mouth” is a powerful marketing tool in this era of social media and mobile “connected everywhere” people.
